To use, inset the probe into your meat at least 3cm deep, ensuring the probe does not touch the bone. When the indicator passes the 'cooked' mark, your meat is safe to eat.
To maintain optimum hygiene and prevent the spread of bacteria we recommend you clean the probe with hot water after each use.
Not dishwasher or oven safe. Wipe clean with a damp cloth after use. Do not exceed the operating range of the thermometer.
