We know you love Guaranteed Quality, so we make ProCook products using the best possible materials and manufacturing techniques to ensure they last for many years. For further peace of mind all ProCook products are covered by a minimum guarantee of 12 months, with many products guaranteed up to 10 and 25 years.
To insure you get the best from your product and to protect your guarantee we highly recommend following our instructions for use and care which you can find in our Product Care guide online and included with your order. If you believe your product has a manufacturing fault or has become defective following normal domestic use within the guarantee period it may be returned for a replacement. 'Wear and tear' and commercial use are not covered under this guarantee. Please note the guarantee does not cover deterioration due to accident, misuse, discolouration, scratches, stains or damage from overheating.
To make a claim it is essential you retain a proof of purchase such as your receipt or order number and follow our Product Care guidelines when using your product. In the event of the product range being no longer available, we will offer an alternative product of similar quality. If an individual item within a set is faulty, we will replace the specific item, not the entire set.
